DAIMLER MARK I BRITISH ARMOURED CAR WW2 ARTISTIC DRAWING I.B.B 787 (NOV 1944) x1 IMAGE
This drawing shows a detailed representation of the Daimler Mark I British Armoured Car, restored from a very old negative, requiring extensive restoration. The image provides a clear view of hull of the vehicle, with a smaller inset in the bottom right corner showing the front hatch open for the driver to see, labelled with I.B.B 787, dated NOV '44.
RAH negative reference K7284 (2WNMPR) featuring white paint or correction fluid used to cover parts of the photographs for publishing purposes, used for original publication on user manuals, booklets etc. This is the original and not the photocopy quality seen online.
While great care has been taken to restore this image, some minor imperfections, such as small mould spots, may remain. These are typically only noticeable at larger sizes or under close inspection and do not affect the overall quality and detail of the image. Significant blemishes and scratches have been addressed where possible, and contrast has been adjusted to bring the image as close as possible to its original state. The Daimler was an iconic light reconnaissance vehicle used by the British Army during World War II. Known for its agility and compact size, it played a crucial role in gathering intelligence and performing reconnaissance missions. Its robust design and 4x4 capabilities allowed it to navigate difficult terrains, making it a dependable asset for the military.
This collection is incredibly rare, potentially featuring prototypes, early versions, or variants. It is also an ideal choice for creating wall art, large prints, or other creative projects.
