My first home was in the Royal Arsenal Woolwich. My father and uncle were apprentices there, as I was from 1952 to 1957. My father was latterly the Senior Superintendent there. I left MOD service after National Service in 1960. I now help to run the Royal Arsenal Association. We are looking for new members to attend our annual luncheon held at Shooters Hill Golf Club on the first Friday of October. Is anyone out there interested. Contact me on the RAA website.
